At LANEIGE, we want you to love your glowing skin results; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include any promotional gifts received with the order.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the skincare or makeup products in their original box, including all components and the printed return authorization slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
